SALES TEAM

Account Executive

Position: Account Executive

Location: Southern California; New York Metropolitan Area; Remote

Position Overview:

As we continue to develop our Systain service offering, we are looking to add to our team of Senior Account Managers. This role is responsible for managing their own book of business within the OSI portfolio of product and service offerings and ensuring the continued growth of the business. This role is suited for those with prior experience with outside sales and a strong desire to drive revenue goals and compensation.

Job Requirements & Expectations:

  • Actively seek out and engage prospective clients via phone, email, and social media channels
  • Develop long term client relationships; sell both “wide and deep”
  • Conduct client scoping conference calls and presentations
  • Learn and use our CRM and sales technical stack tools to develop relationships with prospective clients and existing customers
  • Achieving and exceeding performance metrics, including meetings scheduled, opportunities created, and ultimately deals closed

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an outside sales role
  • Comfortable selling technology solutions to senior level leaders
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Fluency in the English language required
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite of tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Business Development Representative

Position: Business Development Representative

Location: Southern California; New York Metropolitan Area; Remote

Position Overview:

As we continue to develop our Systain service offering, we are looking to add a Business Development Representative to our team. This role will assist the Account Executive teams with their marketing and prospection activities and help to grow the pipeline of new clients for OSI. Ultimately, this role is suited for individuals looking to grow into an Account Executive role at OSI and manage their own territory and client base.

Presales Associate

Position: Presales Associate

Location: Southern California; New York Metropolitan Area; Remote

Position Overview:

As we continue to expand our Systain service offering, we are looking to add additional members to our Presales & Contract Pricing team. This role is responsible for researching original manufacturer support pricing and current service costs to build cost models and price support opportunities for OSI customers around the world.

Job Requirements & Expectations:

  • Interpret and standardize data from customers and sales team members to OSI quote template standards
  • Actively prioritize and manage quoting workload independently, adjusting for client deadlines, sales team priorities, and information availability
  • Research information, such as OEM list pricing, current spare parts costs, equipment configurations and support requirements, partner costs, and profit/loss estimates, to accurate model and price out support and project opportunities
  • Entry level understanding of IT enterprise equipment and computer science
  • Ability to engage with both sales teams and customers to explain quotes, SOW’s, and pricing options

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Microsoft Excel – including vlookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data standardization
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Fluency in the English language required. Spanish language proficiency, preferred
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite of tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Systain Operations Associate

Position: Systain Operations Associate

Location: Southern California; New York Metropolitan Area; Remote

Position Overview:

As we continue to develop our Systain service offering, we are looking to add additional members to our Systain Operations team. This role is one of the most crucial roles in our service delivery model and is a key part of ensuring our customers receive the service they need. Your role would include actively working with our helpdesk, partners, field engineers, and distributed supply chain to ensure that service is proceeding as anticipated.

Job Requirements & Expectations:

  • Function as the first line of customer support on the Systain support path.
  • Active involvement and participation in service call ticket flow, including insuring customers’ needs are met, partners and field engineers are performing as required, and spare parts are being dispatched from the correct facility.
  • Ability to proactively manage tickets and resolve issues as they arrive with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with both in house and external technical, supply chain, and logistics resources to ensure service delivery obligations are being met.
  • Work closely with the Administrative and Supply Chain teams to ensure Systain contracts are implemented properly.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Fluency in the English language required. Spanish language proficiency, preferred

Senior Technical Engineer

Position: Senior Technical Engineer

Location: Southern California; New York Metropolitan Area; Remote

Position Overview:

As we continue to develop our Systain service offering, we are looking to add to our internal technical team. This role is responsible for providing technical support on enterprise level data center hardware, including server and storage products from the following OEM’s: Brocade, CISCO, DELL, EMC, HP, IBM, NetApp. This role is suited for those with prior experiencing in diagnosing and repairing enterprise hardware and would like to expand their technical skills and work on a wide range of products and issues.

Job Requirements & Expectations:

  • Provide remote technical support to customers by assisting with error log collection and review, troubleshooting, and advanced hardware diagnostics
  • Develop technical action plans to resolve hardware and configuration issues and effectively communicate them to both customers and field engineers within OSI’s SLA commitments
  • Function as part of the escalation path and remote support team for both customers and field engineers
  • Assist customers and partners with monitoring solution implementations (both native and third party)
  • Responsible for creation and review of action plan library, troubleshooting processes, and internal knowledge base contributions

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3 years prior experience in providing onsite and remote hardware support for the above OEM platforms
  • OEM technical certifications and competency certificates, preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills required
  • Ability to understand and navigate time sensitive technical situations with strong problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Fluency in the English language required
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite of tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)

As we continue to develop our Systain service offering, we are looking to add a Systain Success Manager to our team. This role is one of the most crucial roles in our service delivery model and is a key part of ensuring our customers receive the service they need. Your role would include actively supervising our helpdesk, partners, field engineers, and distributed supply chain to ensure that service is proceeding as anticipated and as our first line of escalation and resolution as required.

Job Requirements & Expectations:

  • Active involvement and participation in service call ticket flow, including insuring customers’ needs are met, partners and field engineers are performing as required, and spare parts are being dispatched from the correct facility.
  • Ability to proactively manage tickets and resolve issues as they arrive with minimal supervision
  • Function as the first line of customer on the customer escalation path
  • Participate in the Systain reporting process, for both internal metrics and customer facing reporting requirements
  • Work closely with the Administrative and Supply Chain teams to ensure Systain contracts are implemented properly
